How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 4–8 days after dispatch. The exact estimate for your PIN code is shown at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI and other methods supported by our payment gateway, RynPay. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is verified.
Can I cancel or return an order?
You can request a cancellation before your order ships, and a return within 7 days of delivery from your order page.
How do I track my order?
Use Track Order with your order number and the phone number you entered at checkout, or sign in to see all your orders.
My payment was deducted but the order shows pending.
Gateway confirmations can be delayed. We re-check automatically; if it is still pending after an hour, contact support with your order number.
